1The free preview

The preview of your new website is free and commits you to nothing.

• Timing: the preview is ready within 1 business day of your request.
• No credit card: no payment method is required to receive it.
• No commitment: if you don’t like the preview, there is nothing to pay or cancel.
• Your current website stays online: we don’t touch anything until you approve.

The preview is built from the public text, images and information on your current website. It is hosted in a demo space that is not indexed by Google, kept for 30 days, then deleted if you don’t go ahead.

2Plans and pricing

The redesign is free with a 12-month commitment, whether you choose the Web Space or the Business Space. Without a commitment, it is billed once.

Web Space

Business Space

The Web Space includes:

• a website you can edit yourself, mobile-friendly, with unlimited pages and blog posts;
• hosting, SSL certificate (https) and backups;
• newsletter: up to 2,500 emails sent per month;
• complete CRM: client records, history and requests received through your forms;
• platform updates and security.

The Business Space includes everything in the Web Space, plus:

• calendar, online booking and appointment tracking;
• quotes, invoicing and catalog;
• project and task management;
• documents, contracts and signatures;
• newsletter: up to 5,000 emails sent per month.

3What the redesign includes

The redesign rebuilds your current website in a modern design, and we launch it for you.

• Existing content: your current text, images, pages and contact details.
• Modern design: a mobile-friendly layout, adapted to your logo and colours.
• Forms connected to the CRM: every request lands in your client space.
• Basic SEO: clean page titles, descriptions and URLs for Google.
• Launch: we take care of pointing your domain name (see section 5).

The redesign includes up to 10 pages and 2 rounds of revisions before launch. Additional pages or revisions are done using your support hours.

4What the redesign does not include

This work can be done using your support hours or a bank of hours (section 6):

• writing new text, or translation;
• creating a logo or visual identity;
• photo or video shoots;
• entering a catalog of more than 20 products or services;
• custom features that don’t exist in the Logicake platform (web development, quoted separately);
• repairing, cleaning up or maintaining your old website and old hosting.

Your old website is not moved over technically. Only its content is; it can then be deleted (section 5).

5Domain name and launch

Your domain name stays yours: we never transfer it, we simply point it to Logicake.

1. You keep your domain name with your current registrar (GoDaddy, Hostpapa, Web.com…), in your name.
2. We tell you which settings to change, or we make the changes with you during a call.
3. The new website is live at your usual address, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
4. You can then cancel your old hosting and delete your old website. There is nothing to clean up or migrate technically.

The annual domain name renewal remains your responsibility, with your registrar.

6Support and bank of hours

Each subscription includes 3 hours of support. Beyond that, you can buy a bank of hours.

• Flexible use: website adjustments, getting started with your space, adding content, setting up the newsletter.
• Tracking: in 15-minute increments, with a statement on request.
• Validity: the 3 hours are offered once, when your space is opened, and can be used during the first 12 months.

Beyond the 3 included hours, rates are as follows (taxes extra):

Banks of hours are paid in advance and can be used for 12 months. No hours are billed without your prior approval.

7Commitment, renewal and cancellation

• With a commitment: the subscription lasts 12 months from launch. After 12 months, it continues at the same price, month to month, and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. It does not renew for another 12 months.
• Early cancellation: if you stop before the end of the 12 months, the redesign is billed pro rata for the remaining months ($499 × remaining months ÷ 12). No other fees apply.
• Without a commitment: you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. The $499 redesign already paid is not refunded.
• How to cancel: by email to info@logicake.com, from the address linked to your account. We confirm the end date in writing.

8Your content and your data

Your text, photos, contacts and client data belong to you, during and after your subscription.

• Export: you can export your contacts and CRM data at any time (CSV).
• If you leave: we send you your text and images on request, within 30 days.
• Design and platform: they remain the property of Logicake; the website runs on Logicake and cannot be installed elsewhere as is.
• Personal information: your data and your clients’ data are processed in accordance with Quebec’s Law 25 on the protection of personal information and Logicake’s privacy policy, which specifies where it is hosted.

9Payment, billing and contact

• The subscription is charged monthly by credit card or pre-authorized debit; the first payment is made at launch.
• An invoice is sent each month by email.
• On the no-commitment plan, the $499 redesign fee is billed when you approve the preview, as work begins.
• Prices may change after the commitment period, with 30 days’ notice by email.
